Re:shape established.
Founded by Jermaine Browne and Charlie Gayner to create a more integrated residential development business.

Re:shape originates, plans, capitalises, delivers and operates residential places across London and the UK - a small senior team carrying each project from site to street, with the governance and reporting institutional partners expect.
Cities have changed faster than housing. More people are renting for longer, living alone and expecting more from the places they call home, yet much of the residential market remains fragmented, inconsistent and poorly managed.
Re:shape exists to create professionally managed rental homes and communities designed for modern urban life.

Re:shape was established in 2020 by Jermaine Browne and Charlie Gayner with the ambition to create a more integrated approach to residential development and operations.
Since then, the business has grown from a founder-owned development company into a partnership of senior specialists spanning planning, investment, development, finance and operations.
Through ARK, Re:shape has helped establish and operate residential communities in Wembley and Canary Wharf. Alongside its operating experience, the business has built a substantial development pipeline across London and the UK, working with institutional investors, family offices, landowners and public-sector partners.
Today, Re:shape remains owned by its founders and partners, ensuring the people leading the business are directly invested in its long-term success.

We have deliberately built Re:shape around a focused team with complementary experience across acquisitions, planning, investment, development and operations. Senior people remain close to the decisions that shape each project.
Residents, neighbours, councils, investors and delivery partners all experience a project differently. We try to understand those perspectives early and create schemes that balance them rather than treating them as competing interests.
Great places are built through thousands of small decisions. We care deeply about materials, layouts, lighting, finishes and every touchpoint that shapes the experience - because the quality of the product matters.
Ambition only matters if it can be delivered. We care about planning, cost, capital and execution as much as the original idea.
We design from the inside out - considering the home, service, shared spaces and customer journey together. Operating our own buildings gives us a direct understanding of what residents value and what actually works.
We partner with landowners, investors, local authorities and communities to create places that endure.
