Who we are

Re:shape is a privately owned, B Corp-certified developer, investor and operator with a £1.5bn+ pipeline of co-living and PBSA developments across London and the UK.

We operate across the full rental living value chain — investment, planning, development, delivery and long-term operations. Controlling every stage means we can unlock complex urban sites that fragmented models can't, converting constrained land into deliverable residential infrastructure at scale.

With roots in the early co-living sector, Re:shape has helped establish and operate some of the UK's most established urban living platforms — including The Collective and ARK Living. That experience is built into how we work: we structure capital, design and execution together, not in sequence.

We believe housing demands long-term stewardship. Delivery is the beginning of our responsibility, not the end of it.
