ESG
Our ESG strategy integrates sustainability, social value and responsible governance into every decision. We prioritise low-carbon design, efficient operations and inclusive partnerships, while embedding measurable outcomes across procurement, delivery and engagement. Every material and supplier choice is assessed to ensure tangible contributions to environmental performance, community benefit and long-term value.
Impact Charter
The Re:shape Impact Charter embeds community-led placemaking into every stage of development. We combine qualitative insight from street surveys, resident engagement and data analysis to shape decisions and measure outcomes. Insights inform social infrastructure strategies, design development, and delivery strategies, ensuring each project is responsive, accountable and continuously improving in its social, environmental and community impact for the local communities.
Supporting Arts & Culture
We invest in the communities we join through meaningful support for local artists and cultural initiatives. From commissioning public artworks by Rob Fisher at Wembley ARK, hosting creative design workshops with Fight For Peace in Woolwich, to providing meanwhile studio space with grassroots organisations like SET space in Wimbledon; we help nurture creativity, strengthen identity and ensure each place reflects and elevates the talent and culture already present within it.
Community Investment Programme (CIP)
Our Community Investment Programme (CIP) seeks to partner with 10–15 local organisations per project, delivering measurable social value. We provide free-to-acess amenity spaces, short-stay support and pilot schemes for vulnerable groups, and collaborative programming with charities, SMEs and community groups. Secured through Section 106 agreements, our CIP commitments ensure lasting, accountable and locally rooted impact.
