London Fields

A new neighbourhood heart for London Fields.

London Fields sits at the centre of one of London's most culturally rich neighbourhoods — and this scheme is designed to belong to it. At its heart is the careful retention and celebration of the ruins of a historic brewery building, preserved as a centrepiece of new public realm that the whole community can enjoy.

The development delivers 30 genuinely affordable residential homes alongside 240 high-quality co-living studios, addressing the acute housing need of a borough where private rents have risen far beyond the reach of many working Londoners. Affordable workspace sits alongside a new public market, creating space for independent traders, local businesses, and the creative economy that makes Hackney distinctive.

Re:shape secured Resolution to Grant for this scheme, with Gateway 2 design underway. London Fields is scheduled to be operational in early 2029, delivering 222 co-living units as one of the first asset in Re:shape's institutional pipeline.
