The amenity offer includes co-working, gym, yoga studio, Peloton spin studio, communal kitchen, cinema room, roof terrace, and a dedicated event space. Monthly rents range from £1,600 to £1,900 all-inclusive — providing residents with genuine value against the fragmented and often poor-quality alternatives available in the private rented sector.

ARK has since grown into a 1,000-bed operational platform following the rebranding of The Collective Canary Wharf.
