Alternative living real estate company Re:shape Living has bolstered its team with two senior hires.
Robbie Nightingale has joined Re:shape as construction director from Manner. Nightingale has extensive co-living, PBSA and residential experience across construction, forward funds and development management agreements, from previous roles at The Collective and Mace.
Phil Luckett has taken on the role of operations director, bringing more than two decades of senior management experience in PBSA, including a stint at Student Roost.
Re:shape has also recently appointed project manager Chris Roche on a contracting basis and investment analyst Bell Wang.
Nightingale said: “I am thrilled to be part of Re:shape Living’s latest growth phase and to head up the new construction division, leveraging my experience to drive forward the company’s ambitious development initiatives and pipeline and build on the successes of Re:shape’s first co-living proof of concept, Wembley ARK.”
Luckett added: “Re:shape is an exciting and ambitious business with a clear mission. I am honoured to join the leadership team and excited to now build and embed the necessary processes and procedures to successfully execute the delivery and operations of our extensive development pipeline.”
