About us

Re:shape is a privately owned B-Corp and fully integrated developer, investor, and operator with a £1.3bn+ pipeline of co-living and PBSA developments across London and Manchester.

We operate an integrated platform across the full urban housing value chain: investment, development, planning, delivery, and long-term operations. By not fragmenting delivery, we retain end-to-end ownership of outcomes which enables us to unlock complex urban sites, converting them into deliverable residential infrastructure at scale.

We structure delivery across planning, capital, design, and execution to creatively problem solve, turning constrained sites into viable development. We are focused on real-world performance which and align with our institutional capital, leading architects, and delivery partners to delvier positive change.

We believe housing requires long-term stewardship and delivery is just the beginning of our responsibility, not the end of it. With roots in the early co-living sector, Re:shape has helped establish and operate platforms including The Collective and ARK Living, shaping some of the UK’s most established urban living models.

Today, our focus is a structural shift moving from fragmented development to integrated delivery, and from transactional execution to long-term operational control.
